About me
Music has always been a big part of my life. I grew up listening to my father’s record collection featuring pop, blues , rock and reggae. Initially starting out on the guitar, I drew on influences from John lee Hooker, Robert Cray and Albert Collins. I eventually took up bass guitar out of necessity. A number of bands I played with needed bass players and it was a natural opportunity to grow in terms of music theory and progression while fulfilling the needs of the group. The main feature in my bass playing is doing what the song needs and having the ability to use the bass as its primary function in outlining the harmony and keeping the rhythm going.
What I can do?
I can play bass for you. I am based in the West Yorkshire, UK. I play rock and blues. I have my own gear and transport, with the capability of playing anything upto medium size gigs.
